At MyFlowHub, we are on a mission to ensure that menstruation is no longer a barrier to education, confidence, or opportunity. We work to transform the menstrual health landscape through a holistic approach that addresses awareness, access, advocacy, and empowerment.

We believe that menstrual health is a human right—not a privilege. Yet, millions of girls face shame, stigma, and challenges during their period simply because of a lack of knowledge, products, or support. Our work is designed to change that narrative.

Menstrual Health Education

We conduct workshops and community-based sessions to educate girls, boys, parents, and teachers about menstruation. These programs are designed to break harmful myths, promote open dialogue, and foster confidence and understanding.

Access to Menstrual Kits Products

Through partnerships and donations, we provide menstrual kits that include sanitary pads (disposable and reusable), soap, underwear, and educational materials. These kits are distributed to schools and underserved communities where access is limited.

School & Community Engagement

We collaborate with schools, youth centers, religious institutions, and local leaders to bring menstrual health education into everyday conversations. By involving the entire community, we create lasting impact.

Advocacy & Awareness Campaigns

We run public campaigns, both online and offline, aimed at challenging menstrual stigma, encouraging policy change, and promoting menstrual equity. We use storytelling, digital advocacy, and partnerships to shift public perception.

Empowerment Through Ambassadors

We train and mentor young girls to become MyFlowHub Ambassadors—leaders in their schools and communities who champion menstrual health, educate their peers, and inspire others to break the silence around periods.
